2 OZ. PLASTIC JAR
- Dispense your desired amount of drops of beard oil into the palm of your hands. A dime size amount is a good starting point. To achieve best results, you should apply beard oil while your beard is damp. Just enough to feel a little moisture in it.
- Rub beard oil between the palms of your hands.
- Work into your beard by running both hands through your beard, making sure you also work it to the skin underneath your man mane.
- Take your comb or brush, preferably a Defined Beard Co. carbon fiber comb, and work through your beard distributing the beard oil evenly.
- Congratulations. You're now a bad ass!
BEARD BUTTER
- Wash your hands before use you animal.
- Apply Defined Beard Co. butter to a slightly damp beard.
- It only takes a dime to nickel sized amount in the palm of your hands. Rub your hands together good, melting the butter between your hands. Work through your beard using your fingers.
- Comb or brush to evenly distribute butter through your beard.
- Best if used at night time before bed.
I ordered the samples to narrow down which fragrances I really liked more. This definitely did not help. It’s hard to find one that I don’t like. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I bought the sampler pack to narrow down what scent profiles I prefer as I’m new to beard products, and I don’t wear cologne. I tried a competitor’s samples but was unimpressed with the scents, though the oil itself was fine. Defined scents are great. I wasn’t crazy about Deep Blue but only because I don’t care for blueberry scents. The other seven were on point, and I will be wearing them all in a steady rotation. The only problem is a still haven’t narrowed down my top scent profile!!! I guess that’s a good problem. I would recommend the sample for anyone looking to find a scent without buying big bottles. I also believe in supporting small business when possible. You can really see the craftsmanship and ownership that goes into the product.
This sample pack is great! My husband and I like ever scent! My personal favorite is Ace of Fades, but some days it is hard to decide!! Great sample pack for sure!!
